The Big Game is a 46’ Hatteras sportfishing vessel, licensed for a maximum of 6 persons. She is fully equipped for all types of fishing such as trolling, kite fishing, wreck fishing, live baiting, shark fishing and both daytime and nighttime Swordfishing. The extra large fishing cockpit of the Big Game makes her the perfect Fort Lauderdale fishing boat. The Big Game has a huge fishing cockpit which allows us to fish more lines without tangling. The Big Game cockpit also has 3 fighting chairs which is important both for comfort of your party and if multiple big game fish hookup simultaneously. She also has 2 live wells aboard, each of them 100 gallons. This allows us to hold and carry many more live baits than if we only had 1 live bait well. An enclosed cabin with air conditioning and sofas is a comfortable escape if you want to go inside to cool off or want to lay down after a grueling battle with a big game fish. A clean, full size restroom is also aboard.
We always invite our customers to join the captain up on the flybridge of the boat for a bird’s eye view of the fishing action going on in the cockpit. On the Big Game flybridge, we have seating for everyone, and it’s a great spot to hang in the shade and talk with the captain. The tuna tower at the tallest point of the boat serves as a lookout for spotting floating debris and birds in the distance, and gives us an incredible edge over boats without a full tower. The Big Game is sister ship to our other 48’ Ray Davis sportfishing boat, the Out of the Blue and set up almost identically.
